Chocolate cake

Today is a yummy day !

This recipe can't be found anywhere else online as I made it up myself. (I made a lot of modification compared to the original recipe).

To make my cake, you will need:

200 grams of dark chocolate (an entire chocolate bar)

6 eggs

180 grams of butter

250 grams of sugar

100 grams of flour

Start by turning on your oven to 200 degrees celsius. Then you want to put a saucepan over a low heat and pop in your chocolate. Once that's almost melted, add in your butter. I like to have already beaten the 6 eggs together in a big bowl with the sugar and the flour. Then just pour your melted chocolate and butter mixture into the same big bowl. I like to do this cake in a silicone baking tin (as you can see). Finally put them in your oven for 10minutes (check the baking by inserting the tip of a knife into the center of the cake). Most of the time I bake three batches.

When you take it out it should look cooked on top, but will still be squishy in the middle. Leave it to cool for 20 mins (if you don't want to burn your fingers and can wait that long!) then serve with whatever you like! I like to eat them with yogurt or fruits !

Yes you're right another blog ! Like if there wasn't enough blogs in this world..

It's been a while since I wanted to start my own blog but I never had the courage to do it.. I started this blog last autumn but I didn't keep up..and here we are autumn 2015 on a rainy day starting a fresh new blog !

I really enjoy following fashion bloggers or other bloggers but I always feel like I'm never able to buy what they own.. I admire what they achieved and what they are able to do but for mundane people like myself I feel like it's unreal, I can't picture myself buying a 1000$ bag or pair of shoes. Of course I have some pricy items that were presents for my birthday but my closet isn't full of Chanel, Chloe or Burberry (it would not bothers me though hahaha) ! So I decided to start my own blog to share things happening in the life of a basic woman, and talk about fashion, books, cooking, travel... So yeah here's my blog presentation and what you will be able to find here.

Also, I wanted to say that I'm a French who used to study English at university and I think that writing in English will help me to never lose my level and besides improve it. If you find some grammar or spelling mistakes please do not hesitate to tell me in the comments, I'm all eyes !
